You have a female veiled chameleon. She is full off eggs. She appears to have a broken front right leg. Don’t panic, keep her comfy and make a vet appointment ASAP.
Female veiled with extreme MBD... I agree she looks like she is holding eggs.... Get a new vet that actually knows chameleons. Cage set up is incorrect so she was not getting the UVB exposure needed. She will egg bind if she is not able to lay those egg.... Meaning a slow and painful death.
As @ kaizen said...she is full of eggs and if she has t got a proper place to lay them she will likely become eggbound. Because her arm is broken, even if she has a proper place she won't likely be able to dig a hole.
You need to have an egglaying bin in her cage right away. I recommend that you use washed play sand that is just barely moist enough to hold a tunnel...and because she has a broken arm, I recommend that you dig a tunnel for her.
If the calcium you have been giving her has D3 in it, because you were using it too often she might have the MBD due to a D3 overdose.
