Something on foot

This is on Hera's front left foot. It is on the area between her sets of fingers. Does anyone know what it is. She did not have it last week

Is her cage wrong? Does she not have enough room? I thought this cage was really big for her she likes it I think cause she is climbinf all over it. BUT she is 2 and hasnt laid any eggs. I keep her temps a little lower than the boys and i watch her weight and what she eats very carefully because I lost my veiled because I didnt know what i was doing and kept her temps at 80 and fed her all she would eat. You probably know when you keep stuff at optimum they lay 50 eggs and she did.

I've had parsonii with bubble foot and it's in the palms of their hands (insides of the feet). This does not look like bubble feet. It looks like a sore that could turn into an infection. Do you have any Silver Sulfadiazine? If not then I would take her to the vets and get some. I always keep Silver Sulfadiazine on hand for chameleons.

Thank you. Not too humid, is it? I turn off the humidity for 12 hours w/o fail everynight.Ill get her to the Vet Saturday a.m.

I'd try to keep it as dry as possible. You could put a little neosporin on it until vet time.
Hey, Jann, I thought I would get back to you regarding Hera's foot. The vet thought infection,,,like splinter or a poke of some kind. He gave her antibiotics but it didn't help and we both thought we should get what ever was in there, out.
When he put her to sleep he tried a needle but didn't get anything. When he opened it, it was not under the skin! It was thick skin, like placque, between the the top and bottom layers (bumblefoot?) of skin. So he took a little for histologyý and it was all skin cells and inflamation.
He sewed it together (2st) I have nothing in her cage that is not alive. Plants, flowers, everything is alive and, allowable. I use zip ties to hold my plant vines in place. Do you thing I should wipe down the vines she uses to bask and move through her cage w peroxide? Or something stronger. I'm cleaning the stitched area w betadine and keep it dry as well. It's hard to keep things humid to breath and clear of bacteria in the dampness.
She is taking Batryl. What do you still think about neosporin on her wound
The vet made the incision so it was not on the bottom of her foot, but up a little towards the side. She motivates just fine and shows no limping or favoring of the spot.
Eating, walking, drinking, and generally cruising her cage. I have a permanent laying area and sitting above it happens to be her favorite place right now.. I have a humidifier going near by, on top of her cage. What do you think? How long do you think it will take to heal

It's a long and slow healing process for reptiles. I would keep it totally dry. Moisture might cause the stitches to come out to early. My vet leaves stitches in for 4 to 6 weeks.

So she can do w/o humidity for a few weeks? She and I are pretty tight, I can move her to a water drip and she will readily drink. I'm not that good w the others. I've had her since she was very small-3" including tail!
