This looks like the same case I had with my chameleon Calcifer! The knowledge I got was that it was most likely he got some of his shed in his eye while he was still shedding. So I was advised to mist for longer and more frequent and it eventually worked itself out. I even mentioned it to my vet when I went and she says when that happens it can be very painful for them hence the eye closing so def try to do a really good Mist. At least for a min, a few times a day! It will help him flush it out!! Ill sent you the link of my post I did when I was concerned with the same thing and you can see my pictures as well. Good Luck :) (This is just a guess as to what could be happening at the moment. Don't quote me 100%)

Thank you , now do I must directly on him ? And with warm water ?

I would directly mist at him yes, I do that with mine as well, but not close to him. Give a good distance from the bottle and your chameleon. You don't want to scare him more then he probably will be. Some chameleons hate it but they need it for there own good! Warm water yes :) it will also help him with his shedding as well too.

I did this process for about 3-4 days and it cleared up for Calcifer before he has his apt for the vet. He started to open it more and began to use his eye all the time again. But again, I'm only guessing bc this looks like the same case I had but if this does not clear up soon after trying what I did, then maybe a vet visit?

Thank you so much your info is very helpful. I'm hoping it isn't anything serious as before the pic he had a tiny scab on his eye I eventually got it off with water. But his eye is still slightly closed. I will try misting him and of coarse it that doesn't work then I will go to vet thank you again

I'm hoping its nothing serious too! I'm sure you will take the necessary steps to keep him as safe and healthy as possible :)
Good Luck! :)
