Thank you ver much.. Sandy means a lot to my sister and I, and Sparky is a reminder to both her and I that no matter how bad things can be, you always have to smile and enjoy every moment because you never know when it can all end.

Amazing how she chose the name Sparky.... when she herself shows you that special spark and glow for life that she shows though her heart even with all she is going through. Bless her... what an amazing and courageous girl Sandy must be. Please do keep me posted on how she is doing.

Here's a little comparison between when I first got Sparky and now.

He went from complete red to complete green.. What a transformation in 4 months. He is beginning to show some colors as if trying to fire up. When he gets excited as I feed him, he gets some yellows and the red rain on his belly looks awesome. I am very happy with this guy

Thank you Carol.. Sandy isnt doing that well.. The cancer has spread to her femurs and now she has to take medicine to ease the pain.. No bright outlook for her

Thats what i said man, he turned freaking green.. He is not WC.. The pictures from september are when he was only about 5 months old. He is cb/ch. i'll look for a full body shot later

I am getting a Ambilobe from Suzi in mid Feb. It is out of 14K and Jewel. The name is fitting to the parents... and it will always be a memory of this very brave girl. Please ask Sandy if that would be alright with her.

I just wanted to let you know that my ambilobe from Suzi arrived. I have named him Sparkle in honor of Sandy. As you might recall his parents are 14K and Jewel and I thought it was fitting to his parents names. Not only that, it made me think of the sweet girl, Sandy, and the courage she showed. Sandy's legacy and what she will leave in your heart leads me to think of the Pink Floyd song "Wish You Were Here" and the lyrics that say "Shine On You Crazy Diamond". Sparkle is here to be a remembrance of the special shine Sandy has left in your hearts.

Ive decided to name my soon to be nosy faly girl Sandi. (I like the I instead of y)

shes going to be paired with glacier my Faly.

While i doubt it will do much good, I hope the girl recovers, or at least can spend her last few days among family and friends, in little to no pain, and know that people loved her.
