Sperm plug

Look closely on branches. I almost never find any unless it’s right there. Bart made it easy - he wiped his off on the screen.
Spike regularly wipes his off on the roof portion of the screen, and some branches. It's like an unsupervised teenagers bedroom in there by the time I get home from work

That doesn’t look like a sperm plug to me. Put it in a plastic zip lock bag and if it’s a sperm plug it will shrink then harden. They have a wax texture to them.
Ok, what could it be? I remember you said that last time. What is it? It definitely was causing some impaction because Bolt poops one time a week. He went 14 days without pooping. He was laying around on his basking branch most of the days, very little patrolling of his cage.

It looks more to me like feces and a urate
It's definitely not feces or urate. It is It's own separate thing. I found a video on CF.

I got the following info from the internet:

When not in use, the hemipenes invert into the base of the tail, creating pockets that can fill with plugs. These plugs are thought to be caused by a buildup of glandular secretions, shed skin, and other debris. In rare cases, the plugs can become abscessed and appear more fluid-like.

This one is larger than the one above. It is next to a teaspoon for size reference. It's not a sperm plug because i fine tiny sperm plugs all over the branches. Bolt passes these huge hemipenal plugs one time a month. I believe, the diy @crosscutts fogger keeps Bolt well hydrated. This helps him pass these moist hemipeneal plugs. They come out with his poop. If these thing were to dry out, Bolt would become impacted and need doctor's intervention.

You did a great job on this buddy, fog is the magic for keeping chameleons 😎. I keep saying this since I setup a good fogging system in the second month of keeping chameleons. Noticed a direct change and never had a dehydration/shedding problem with any chameleon, even the free rangers.
