I separated a silkie from the rest as I thought it was looking sick. I isolated it i an empty waxworm pot. Whe I checked on it after a day or so, it had coccooned and spun around the edge of the pot making a pot shaped piece of silk! The pupa was just lying in the bottom of the pot so I put it in with the others to await it's hatching! As I love taking close up photos I gave it a try with the silk. Here ae the results - it's fascinated how the silk is weaved, they really are clever creatures!
