an ambilobe is a panther.
ambilobe, nosy be, sambava, ambanja, they are all panthers, just differnt locales with differnt coloring.
yes, chams need uvb bulbs all day, 12 on, 12 off, even if you go outside,
now if you are asking do they need a uvb bulb when they are outside in natural sun, then no.
while the sun provides better uvb than a bulb does, 30 minutes does not make up for 12 hours.
