If you have "medium" you want to use it once a month, vs if you had low you could use it every 2 weeks, or if you had sticky you could use it once a week.
"medium" is what most people use for "dragons" and iguanas since they are high sun. You will not hurt the cham with medium, just adjust the dosage. Its not like anyone is measuring how much their chams are ingesting anyway. 10 powdered crickets are going to have a whole lot more surface area than 10 powdered super worms of the same weight, or 2-3 big dubias.
So again, you are not hurting your cham, just as an adult dose it with medium once a month.
