Strange bumps on male veiled!

I have been out on a month vacation, my sister who has a chameleon of her own, but like me is a first time chameleon owner has been taking care of my 6 month old male.

I returned today and saw two strange bumps on the top of his head!
Are these normal, or should I be looking into this further?
