Strange Bumps

I have had my veiled chemeleon for about four years and i just noticed he has strange bumps, there is only two (one one each side) along his jaw. The scales over the bumps are white. They could be the ends of his jaw bone but I'm not sure. I don't think they've always been there and I was wondering if it is something I should be worried about.

Veiled males have a little raised area just along the base of the chin below where the upper and lower jaw meets....could this be what you are talking about?
