Well like I said I would expect him to be a bit bigger nose to vent for an adult. 12 inches total length for an adult male panther is on the smaller size. Could be genetics.... But with you saying he has had appetite issues and the small size are also signs of a parasite issue. Just my opinion and what I have had personal experience with and read about.
