Strange spots!!

Hi. My boy Banksy has had this strange mark come up on he's tail. He has also got a fewlittle yellow and white spots come up also. There not warty at all. He's absolutely fine in him self, eating, pooing, drinks from he's pipette etc. All vits and housing is spot on. We're jist completely baffled! I've added some pics, you may have to zoom In to see the smaller spots, new spots are appearing. I'm hoping it's not the papilloma virus, butnthere not warty as I said. All bugs are removed at night. Thanks

I don't know too much about Veileds, but that just looks like he is beginning to shed. It could also be a design on him.
