Ever since I got a couple new things my cham has been a lighter green with black spots on him and I was wondering if it was stress.
(Sry about bad picture quality)

Do you have any plants on his enclosure? Chameleons like to have areas that they can hide in. Feeling too "exposed" can cause stress. Add some real plants or even fake greenery and he will feel more comfortable.

If that's one of his favorite spots to hang out it would probably best to add some leaves to that area of the enclosure. Perhaps you could raise one of the existing plants up higher so that it rises above that particular vine a few inches. You could put an upside down terracotta pot under the plant to raise it up six or so inches. Or twist a fake leafy vine around that big brown vine he's sitting on.

That's the new thing I put in his cage thay cause him to get that color. I will be getting another fake plant to put around the new vines I put in over the weekend.
