Stressed Veiled

Hi, I recently renovated my house to include my reptile room, all was good till we moved my Male Veiled's enclosure after that he is always very dark and Very thin looking, he eats when I'm not around.
Not sure what to do for him. we have other Chameleons and they are all fine. He is in a 2x2x4 screen enclosure with live plants, mistking, T5 UVA, 60 watt spot light for heat. He used to be real grumpy and would hiss at you if you got to close now he just moves away. It's been about 2 months with no improvement, his cage is covered on two sides so they don't stress each other out, we tried covering the front for a few weeks ( no help ) He has lots of places and plants to hide in but stays in the open under his heat light most of the time.

Give him time to settle .If it was me... I would add some live plants for more coverage to make him feel safe. Branches also.
