A lot of things can play in to this so it may be hard to predict. The parents' care and heredity, incubation and offspring care, what they were deprived of nutritionally and for how long, and the age at which they started getting correct care. If good care only started after the juvenile rapid growth phase it could be more stunted than one who got good care earlier. However, you could end up with a smaller sized but beautifully colored cham.
