Finally! My cricket, mealworm, and dubia roach breeding project seems successful! Over a 1000 pinhead crickets  and well on my way to producing mealworms and dubia roach babies! I'll eventually get around to making easy step-by-step tutorials with pics on how to breed feeders for people that r interested! :D

good job mate :D
keep breeding them !
i had succesfuly bred dubia,circkets,red runner roach ,n cinerea,mealworms,superworms.
my main problem is breeding locusts but i will keep trying

Unfortunately i successfully breed crickets in the plant pots of the cage, even with rocks covering the dirt. They are still growning...

I can breed alot of feeders, but I seem to have a mental block against crickets.:( I have tried over a dozen times, but crickets hate me. Ghann crickets seem to love me, that is where I BUY all my crickets. Yes I am so lame I buy crickets. How sad.

That's not sad, your like the chameleon whisperer. Apparently that doesn't translate over to crickets tho. I somehow successfully just hatched over a thousand pinheads and still hatching more everyday, and am still in shock that I did it all correct and they're over a week old now and growing everyday.

I have not even tried to breed my own crickets yet but I have meal worms.
Laurie there is nothing wrong about buying crickets I do.

Sorry everyone, I've been busy the last week and haven't had time to read ur replies. But yes, breeding anything is a very successful feeling! And Laurie don't be sad, everyone buys insects one time or another. Thats how people start their own breeding projects. Keep at it and once u have a successful breeding, u'll have more insects than ur chams can handle! :)
