summer temperature

so im getting a rudis cham and it gets to be about 95 inside where it will be in the summer do i need a fan or will it be fine

my Trioceros reach 36 38 °C in summer for only 1 2 hours without problems but it s important to have a big decrease of temperature during the night and during the day you have to water them many times.
95 F every day will kill the animal for me, my T. yes reach this temperature but only for a pair of weeks and for a few hours.
if you have a garden keep it outside

it only that temp for a few weeks and it should dip 25-30 degrees
