As always, I am constantly thinking of chameleons. Like most of you, I would rather spend my Saturday afternoon misting, feeding, and photographing my chameleons then slaving away at work. Well, I came up with a fairly creative and entertaining alternative! I am a vet technician at a local small-animal hospital and on my lunch hour, I decided to get creative with Vet-Wrap bandage dressing. This pathetic little piece of art, depicting a female Jackson's chameleon on a tropical Hawaiian island (female only because i didn't have the right color wrap to make a males horns) was crafted entirely out of Vet-wrap! Now I know it isn't much of a "masterpiece", but it honestly helped me sustain what little sanity I had left after a 9 hour day with no lunch! Not to mention after I made it, it was showcased on the leg of a beautiful greyhound! That having been said, this tacky little piece is sheer representation of how chameleons are always in our thoughts! I hope you all appreciate it as much as I enjoyed making it!
