Today i bought some superworms for my cham. Should i gut load the super worms how gut load my crickets. Please let me know thanks. I have heard the superworms does also eat oaks, is that true?

Yes they eat the same stuff if not more.
oaks? or oats some people use oats as a beding wich they can and do eat.

I keep mine in a mix of bran and oats. I chuck in some rocket leaves, apple, carrot, potato, cabbage, etc - whatever the crickets and locusts are getting.

I've been giving my worms and crickets the Flukers calcium fortified cricket quencher, in addition to vegges (broccoli, potatoes, carrots, frozen spinach, etc.). The worms love it, i don't suppose they get much food or water while they are sitting in the store. . .

Broccoli and Spinach can cause calcium binding in chameleons, not good to gutload with.

i feed mine bee pollen, apples, carrots, mango, and Kale. they also like oats and cricket crack. i keep them on a bare bottom because its easier to clean, you can put in eggcrates to give them hidespots or to preven suffocation if you have alot.

Good to know. . .I just started using the broc. and spin.. It will be omitted in the future.
Is the calcium-cricket-quencher a product that should be avoided as well?

They will eat and gut load on the same foods as the crickets.

I also keep them in organic soil not bran or oats. I have found they look healthier and grow larger in soil.
