How often should I use calcium with D3 and calcium without D3? I was told to use the one without D3 everyday but does that mean to dust it on every cricket, everyday? I was also told to use the one with D3 only twice a month. Help me out

Use the one with D3 for every feeding,.dusted lightly. With D3 twice a month, only that on that day. You'll need a multivitamin to use twice a month, only that used on that day. Dust both on all food lightly for that day. or if you want to make it easier, buy repashy (site sponsor) calcium plus which is an all in one that you just use everyday.

i thnk you meant without d3 on every feeding.

without d3 every bug every feeding.

with d3 every bug twice a month feeding.

multi- every bug, twice a month feeding.
