Supplement questions please help

I was told buy the pet shop owner where I bought my guy Flex that this Repashy calcium plus was all I needed to give him twice a week, is this true? Is is a good supplement? My cham is a vieled male roughly 2 months if that helps. He's eating 10-15 crickets a day no problem and seems healthy. Any advice will help, thanks ahead of time.

From what I've read on here, some breeders (kamers specially) use that one but everyday. If your cham gets direct sunlight then u could lower it to 5 times a week depending how much direct sunlight he gets. But I'm not sure if it provides vitamin d3. It says it contains vitamin d but could be d2. I'm sure experienced owners will chime in soon if not you could search the forum and get your answer.

Thanks for your input I looked on the back label and it says d3. I just ask because I see alot of people saying everyday and some not so that's why I'm kind of confused I guess.
