Supplement Schedule Question.

I'm new to Chameleons, and am a little confused on the supplements. I have a 5 month old veiled chameleon, and I put calcium Without D3 on his food everyday. Now I know I'm suppose to give him calcium with D3, and a multivitamin every other week. But do I give him the calcium with D3 and the multivitamin all week every other week? Or just one day every other week?
