Supplements Help!

Okay. I want to make sure im doing this right now. Supplements have always been confusing for me especially with all the different kinds out there. Ive been given different information from just about everywhere. I know I have mixed up my poor guys supplements at least a few times now.
I have here a picture of ALL of the supplements that I currently own. Which ones do my 3yr old panther boy need, and when? He goes outside when the weather is nice (in Louisiana) in the spring and summer and is indoors for the colder months. Does this affect dusting? I recently started getting silkworms and butterworms and I have heard those dont need dusting, but I do use crickets and superworms as well.

Listed from left to right:
Repashy Calcium Plus
Sticky Tongue Farms Miner-All INDOOR
Rep-Cal Herptivite Multivitamins
Rep-Cal Herptivite Calcium WITH D3
Sticky Tongue Farms Miner-All OUTDOOR

Thanks for any input!

I can't tell you about the supplements you are using other than the Rep-Cal products....I have used Rep-Cal phos. free calcium, calcium with D3 and the Herptivite for years and have had good results using them as follows...
phos. free calcium at most feedings, calcium/D3 twice a month lightly, vitamin twice a month...along with proper lighting, temperatures and proper feeding/gutloading of the insects.

Repashy - LoD

You might want to get the Repashy LoD as an alternative to the one you currently have since you have the calcium with D3 as well.

Okay, so what Ive gotten from this and other sources is:
Use Miner-All INDOOR every feeding that he is inside, use Miner-All OUTDOOR every feeding hes outside, and use the Rep-cal Herptivite multivitamin 2x month.
OR
Use Repashy Calcium Plus every feeding and use Rep-cal Calcium with D3 2x month.
Also between feeding crickets, superworms, silkworms, and butterworms, do I only dust the crickets and supers? Im having him on a good silk and butter diet for the time being since hes never had them before.

I believe the Repashy Calcium Plus already has D3 in it, so there would be no need for the Rep-cal Calcium w/ D3 twice a month. The Repashy is an all-in-one supplement that can be used for daily dusting. It's suppose to eliminate the potential for supplement overdose. I've used it daily for the most part, along with Dinofuel for a month now with no issues. As for which feeders to dust, the general rule is all hard body insects such as crickets, superworms, mealworms, and roaches get dusted. Soft bodies such as butterworms, silkworms, phoenix worms are all fairly high in calcium, so dusting is not needed. You can skip days with the Repashy Calcium Plus if your cham is getting natural sunlight. My cham has been indoor for the most part, hence the reason why I dust almost everyday. I'm sure members on here can chime in some more, but that's pretty much it for me.

Repashy Calcium plus does have D3 in it but not enough to make a difference. You still need a D3 supplement. I use Calcium plus every feeding and LoD once a week.

I'm not quite sure I understand what you're saying. Isn't the D3 in Calcium LoD significantly lower than the regular Calcium Plus?
