can someone from the uk please give me a name of vitamin supplement they use for there cham?? and how often i should use it

Im not from uk but if u can purchase the Herptivite by Rep Cal,that is a great multivitamin brand,depending on the type of ur cham u raise ,usually use for twice of the month with tiny little pinch lightly dusted on ur feeders,that should do ur cham well.
