thanks for the reply James, it seems like it may be something to try. I have a 2x2x4 enclosure, and us linear 5.0 reptisun bulb too.Yeah a veiled should do well with it. I would use it for lowland species(such as veiled), but only around once a week for my montane.
I use it for my Veiled. He has been on it now for about 2 months and is doing really well. I like that it does not overly coat the feeders as well. So it is easy to do a light dusting. Your cage and lighting sounds correct just make sure basking sits about 8 inches below the linear UVB.thanks for the reply James, it seems like it may be something to try.
