Surrounding lights near outdoor cage

Wôndering if neighborhood lights affect chameleons sleeping in outdoor cages.

My Cham is in my office so I have to turn on the lights in the evening sometimes and it doesn't really seem to brother him. He never wakes up or moves and seems to have no idea I am there. I also have a street light outside of his window and it doesnt seem to bother him at all. Hope this helps.
