I was wondering what type this panther cham is it bb rb or both? And how many months is he?

In comparison to mine, in my opinion ( I’m no expert) but looks about 2-3 months maybe.

It can take quite some time for their colors to develop. Unfortunately I cannot give you an accurate guess on sex or age but I wouldn't rule out it being a female.

It looks not a day over 2 months, hard to sex..not sure, what are you feeding? Could you post a picture of the chams living space please?

If I were you I would look at other enclosures, I ziptie branches together, your cham needs more branches, oak, mulberry...manzanita there are more.....I would lean on your cham beiing female, although not sure, it looks beautiful!!!!

I agree. Looks to be female. She is very pretty.

Females tend to be about 1/3 (or so) the size of a male Panther but I would guess her age to be around 5 months or so.

She is very pretty!! and as mike said much smaller, I absolutely love females!! I read somewhere chameleons are vibration sensitive, I think saying nice words to a cham in an even tone when feeding could encourage a friendly response, it worked for my females, my males are at least getting closer but nowhere near tame...yet

I heard they can hear the frequency in which a female talks but not a male. Can't remember where I read that though...

I also read they are near deaf, thats why their eyesight and other senses are so keen! I tried to find the passage that said chameleons pick up and communicate through vibration, but can't find it......I guess the anatomy of the chams nervous system textbook if there is one could prove or debunk this... an exotic vet would probably know...

The face shape, body pattern and red gullet are all representative of female
