Swelling on toe. Nail still intact.

I check my boy every so often and I just noticed there’s a swelling on one of his front toes. No puncture underneath the foot. Climate dries out during the day.
Calc no D3 every day other than when switched on the 7th for calc with D3, the 14th multivit, 21st calc with D3 and 28th with multivitamin.
Arcadia uvb bulb two months old and 55w plant bulb for basking.
Temps from 68-76 F daytime
Night time drop to 60 F with ac unit in room
30-40% humidity day time
90-100% humidity night time
Mistking cycle at 630am for 1min, 10am for 5 seconds, 4pm for 5 seconds, and 730pm for 1 min.
Fogger 2-5am
Ice cube for a dropper at 5ish pm
Gutloaded dubias and banded crickets with carrots, dandelion leaves, sweet potatoes.

It looks normal. The swelling is as pictured, on the top. Just noticed it this evening. I access my chams regularly so had to be within the last three days

So, I’d book a vet appointment, and monitor him until then. If he’s eating/drinking/pooping normally, that’s great. But, as far as I know, swelling is usually caused by infection/injury/agitation. In any case, a visit to the vet won’t hurt.
Is he using it normally?

Just to add my 2 cents worth: I usually don’t mist any of my tjx or tjj during the day. They get misted after lights out, a few short bursts over night, and then just before lights on. I supply a dripper during the day. Also, you don’t mention what strength of uvb you’re using. Do you have a solar meter? What uvi’s are you getting at basking? If you have a good uvb setup, are you just using the d3 as a safety net? If so, once a month might be enough. Anyways, the above is how I’ve had success (but I don’t use any d3), but every situation is different. In any case, you have a beautiful matchakos male there, and let us know how the toe thing goes!

I have to agree with @Kaizen ...time for a vet visit. If it's an infection it needs to be cleaned out and the chameleon put on antibiotics. Their pus is thick and the antibiotics don't penetrate it to kill the bacteria which is why it would need to be cleaned out ...if that's what it is.
