swimming?

I had this crazy idea of putting my cham in the water for a little swim/bath.Just like getting a little container, fill it up so its only like an inch deep and let him kind just chill in it. Would that be safe for him?

Seriously, you will terrify him. He will be expecting to die the whole time.

NO! chameleons don´t swim they just drown very slowly moving their arms and legs in the water.

I give the OP points for asking about it beforehand. Not too long ago, someone posted a video of their chameleon swimming (trying not to drown) in a swimming pool filled with who knows how many different types of chemicals.

Yea I looked up a few videos and it looks like they didn't really enjoy it. They get all puffy like a balloon and kinda float LOL

The only time I would imagine a wild cham swimming is if they fell into a lake or river.
