Swollen eye

My panther started to shed two days ago...now his eye has left over shed but it's been closed for two days and has what looks like a bubble, or swollen area underneath. I will upload a pic...he is about 13 months, and has never had any issues. Please, any advice is welcomed!

The shed on the outside should not have any effect on him not being able to open his eye. However, he could have gotten a piece inside his eyeball. Get some plain saline ( not visine)the stuff used for contacts and try and flush the eye.
