t. hoehnelii babies

This species grows slowly, so it'll be a few months before I start thinking about getting rid of any. I also have another gravid female, so it's a possibility there will be plenty to go around.
When do you think you will have them ready? I'd be interested but probably not until September.

Here's the dam "Cowgirl" 2 days after dropping the 11 babies in her newly slimmed down body.

OK, let's just say it: they're built like fire hydrants!

Joel, when is this species NOT basking? My males bask off and on throughout the day-pretty sure they're not gravid. I have another female half the size of the female that just dropped 11 babies and she basks most of the day.

Bob, if your males are gravid that would be something :). Congrats on the new little ones!

Gratz Bob. With that many Hoes I expect to see you wearing a purple felt hat with some feathers sticking out of it and driving a Green Cadillac with a license plate reading "PIMPIN1"

If you're nice to me maybe I'll raise one or two up for you, and you can deal with Fugly as you see fit.

I'm not in Alaska! I'm in Ontario, Canada! :)

I'm relieved she wasn't still carrying babies! I've never kept that species....never seen one in Ontario but there may have been a few here over the years.
Hello from across the pond, in Erie, PA! (y)
