Taking to vet tomorrow, just want to know what I'm in for roughly.

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Panther, Male, 9 Months, And been in my care 8 Months.
Handling - Once every couple days.
Feeding - Crickets, Mealworms, Pheonix Worms, and the occasional Horn worm. 10-12. Everyday. Potatoes, carrots.
Supplements -Rep-Cal, and exoterra multi vitamins. every 2nd day for calcium and once a week for multi.
Watering - Watering with a mister every couple hours after supper when I get off for around 5 mintues maybe less. And yes I see him drinking. **Mistking will be here monday**
Fecal Description - Hasn't in awhile but when he was it was brown with white urates.
Recently used repti shedding aid because I noticed he wasnt shedding in a certain area

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Screen 2x2x2.5
Lighting - exoterra spiral uvb and exoterra heat lamp. schedule is 10-10
Temperature -Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
Humidity - 50-60% hegrometer
Plants - One ficus tree
Placement - In my bedroom and probably 6 feet from the floor
Location - Eastern canada

Current Problem - Area on stomach and elbows look like they have old skin as well as the stomach is sunk in on the one side where the skin problem is. There was a blister type thing on the elbow a couple days ago and he hasn't been eating. I am taking him to the vet tomorrow becasue we've been really bust at work and haven't managed to get a day off yet.I don't know if theyll manage to get a stool sample where he hasn't been eating.

The Lights are on top but he doesn't go on the screen cage and theres a nice distance from his basking branch and the heat lamp.
 
You need to get a digital laser temp gun. It looks like a burn to me also. You need to be able to know with confidence on his basking temp. Are they warm enough or to hot? I check a lot.
 
I think you actually have a female. That will be important to know as females can and do lay eggs, even unmated, so having a laying bin handy is vital.
