i dont want to be rude... but can you chill on the posts? you've made a couple of threads that are in the wrong section and should be in the general photography section along with the rest of the pictures.

hey junior, chill out man. not everybody knows where things are posted around here. and if the mods can move it if they please

Who else has a fisher's chameleon? And was it c/b or w/c? if it was w/c let me know! because i have a few questions

I have owned Kinyongia multituberculata along with keeping K. tavetana (dwarf fischers) at the moment and other. Your guy looks pretty good but the head pads seem a little sunken in some or the pictures. Have you treated him for parasites? More than likely he has some. This species drinks a like a fish and requires higher humidity and lower temperatures than the normal veileds or panthers.

Here is a good article on K. multituberculata.

Any questions you have ask away!!! I love Kinyongia:D:D:D

Yep thats next thing on my list is to get a fecal done and check because since he is w/c i have a sneaking suspision that he has them as well. When i first recieved him he has these odd symetrical bumps on either side of him above his hind legs as you can see. They were not sore nor affecting him at all in any way. I treated them with polysporin and they were gone the next day but he does have marks from them as you can see in the pictures. I dont know if you've ever heard or seen that before but it was quite odd. I thougbt it might be parasites coming out from under the skin escaped from his tract but why symmetrical on both sides hmmm?

People post pictures of their chams anywhere and everywhere so why so upset with me lol? thats pretty silly if you ask me. Looks as if your a junior as well and i was looking for imput and had some questions about my new cham so I see no crime. Take a look at half of the most recent posts tdot and it might surprise you to see that half of the peoples pictures of new chams and questions are posted on general discussion clearly not in photography. So um relax kay thanx :)

I know of someone selling Juvinile Fisher M. (Captive hatched, & raised) if you want one female for a breeder.

Where are they located tho? Crappy thing is i live in canada and it is extremly hard to ship any chams over here unless its through an order at a pet store.

I actually tried my best to be nice about it instead of a dick. You created 3 seperate threads in which you make constant posts with no one else posting ..minutes apart. it gets annoying when people have legitimate questions seeking answers and people are constantly up'ing a thread that is in the wrong section. I hope you see where I'm coming from.

i feel your pain about Canada though... it is extremely hard to find anything around here. atleast I'm lucky enough that chroma and trinity chameleons are within an hour of me

Well she is obviously a newer member as are you. She shouldn't be creating as many as she is, but she wants to share with the world of Chameleon Keepers :) there is no harm in that. but everyone does it once in a while :)

__-Also they are great looking chams and if you are like me I enjoy pictures of the Chams:) even if they are in the wrong section. not like anyone is losing a leg over it.

Fischer's are GREAT chams!

Definitely an underappreciated cham species, which is a shame because they have nice personalities and they have the coolest, long tails!
It's always nice to see good, clear pictures of them.
I hope you quickly address his possible parasite issue with a competent vet who's very familiar with chams.
Here's a "sticky" post with links to mostly US, but some Canadian cham vets.

If you aren't familiar with how "montane" chams (like your Fischer's) care and supplementation differs from Panthers and Veileds, etc., then please read the link that Cainschams posted and don't hesitate to ask questions.
We're not all in a bad mood today :p

Well I haven't read your oh-so-many posts that are in the wrong place (let's chill folks. If you don't want to read them then don't). How long have you had him, and where did you get him from? There aren't many options up here, although people near GTA are a bit better off than the rest of us! Welcome! :)

Those horns are pretty huge. In your search for a female look for Kinyongia multituberculata rather that Fischer's because the name is changing now.

I have several females in the US but I don't ship to Canada.

that's awesome that your cham is so friendly. the first day i got mine he ran up my arm to my head, but it seems that now it takes a little work with the my veiled to get him to leave his cage. hes been chilling on my shoulder for a couple hours now though and i love it.

He probably ran up to your head because he was nervous and they like being up as high as they can get when they feel nervous of their situation. My quad, Cornelius, always shys away from me and tries to get away from me if I try to get him out of his cage, but once he is out on my hand, he tries to go up my arm to the top of my head.
