Temperature during summer

I need advice about the temperature in terrarium during the summer months.
I live in Croatia, and it's very hot here during the summer.
I have a custom made terrarium 120x60x60 and heating bulb and uvb bulb in it.
The problem is, the air temperatures during day are about 33 C- cca 32 F, and in terrarium is about 104 F when th heating bulb is on.
It's that to hot for my veild chameleon? Should I buy a weaker bulb?
I mist her terrarium a lot, but humidity is a lot higher when I turn off the heating bulb

I am taking it that the terrarium is glass? Is it going to be exposed to the sun where it can even get hotter?? If you want to house outdoors, I would build a screen cage that has good ventilation. And yes, a weaker bulb should help bring down the temperature, but glass holds heat so it still might be a problem.

No, it's not glass terrarium, it's wooden and it have 3 side ventilation, it's not directly exposed to the sun, so I think the problem is in the
strength of the bulb, because , when we bought the cham it was autumn , and winter is getting closer so we bought the stronger bulb because it's very cold during the winter months
I will go tomorrow first thing and buy a weaker bulb.
Thanks for help !

If you find that even a weaker bulb overheats the cage on hot days you can plan to turn the basking light off for the hot part of the day. Leave the UV light on as they don't heat the air that much. On days you know will be hot all the cham should need is a morning warm up. Use a lamp timer so you don't have to be there to turn off the light.

Yes, I was doing that for the past few weeks, but I was worried if that is a stress for her? Because she is used to have both lights on

If the weaker bulb is too hot, you can always use an LED light which gives off very little heat. Also, what part of Croatia are you in? I was just there a couple months ago :)

No it shouldn't worry her. She is probably not basking at that time and may even be searching for a place to get farther away from the heat.

I'm sure I will be going some point soon, she's been wanting to. All the pictures I've seen are amazing. I've never left the U.S. :(
