Terrarium raining system

The majority of members that have misting systems use mist king. I have heard aquazamp is another good one. Monsoons I have heard mixed results, some like them and some have had never ending problems. The lucky reptiles one I have never heard of or seen so cannot give ann opinion. Personally I use mistking, have never had a single problem and it puts out an ultrafine mist.

Thanks. But i'm living in the middle part of Europe, in Hungary. And unfortunately i can not buy these brands here. They exist only the Exo Terra Monsoon and the ZooMed Habba mist. I have got one ZooMed Habba Mist but i have got many problems with this. The Lucky Reptile is an German brand. And i have heard good things about it, and a want to buy one from Ebay.
The Lucky Reptile Super Rain works like this:

It sounds kinda noisy, but looks like it generates a fine mist. There are a bunch of members that live over there one of them may chime in here.

Yes, i think this make a fine mist so i think this will good for me. otherwise yes, the most of these machines a little bit loud and noisy.

yes, this is a good solution. I'm just not a good relationship with the home-made stuff :D Im a bit lame. :D

i've had my monsoon close to a year now and have had no problems with it. the timer isn't 100% accurate, but it's close enough. no problems with the actual mist being rough. its good if you only have 1-2 cages that need to be misted

5 gallon bucket
750 gph pump I think its at least 700 something
1/2inch PVC threaded screwed into pump
1/2'' elbow
1/2'' Tee
2- 1/2" end caps
4 plastic mister heads.

W/ out pump your looking at $8

Used PVC glue
11/64 drill bit for misters they screw right into pvc.
PVC saw
tape measure.

I spent a few bucks on the fittings.Other than that I had everything laying around. Im using that for 2 chameleon cages. I have 4 misters on that . I can post a picture tomorrow. Its simple but pumps are expensive if you don't already have one. For most it might be cheaper to by the systems since they come with good pumps. I actually bought a mistking too though so ;)
