Here's a photo of Shenlong taken this morning. I've been looking at him over the past few days and thinking that he is just seeming to all of a sudden start to blossom and do well. He's gained over 15 grams, with a beginning weight of 36g taken the day after I bought him at the end of December. He's a wild caught, imported mid December. After I took him to the vet for an x-ray on a hurt leg, he seemed to just lose a bit of condition. All kinds of things happened in the following two days after the x-ray. First, he just seemed to lose a bit of condition; he just didn't seem to have the same vitality. The bones on his dorsal crest were exposed when they hadn't been before--was it the handling for the x-ray or just it was time the scabs came off by themselves? He developed a swelling around several of those bones, which are almost gone now. He also developed a bit of gular edema that is better, but not fully resolved. All those things happening in the two days after the x-ray might have been a coincidence. I'm happy with him now.

Yes, a Trioceros quadricornis quadricornis. He's from the same shipment that so many on the forum were complaining about.
