I am come today after I went to some stores to find my 2 month old cham crawling around in circles and hanging from his back feet on the screen top. It was strange behavior, is this normal?

He was hanging from his back feet above some crix, I thought he was going to eat them but he didnt I think cause I was there..

Anyways he has been bright green and very active, he has been crawling around up there for about 2-3 hours now.

Mine loves to get up there right after I spray to get a good drink off the screen, and sometimes he just goes up there (I think to warm up if he gets a little too cold from the water spray).

He crawled around for about 4-5 hours yesterday like that, came down and went to sleep around 7pm last night, it was odd. He hasnt gone up there yet today.

Late last night he got up there, and there is this 2" wide bar that goes across the top of his tank, he got up there and slept last night, it was kinda odd.

He hasnt gotten down yet this morning, it's been 2 hours.

Hmm, he is still up there, he got off the car and is crawling around sorta, he looks lethargic today, I wonder if he ate yet?

I think he might hang from his back feet and snag crix on the trees, that is what it looks like.

My cham like folds himself in half when he does these circles, it's insane to see him move like that!!

You have a cutie. My adult male will hang upside down to eat his crix somtimes, its pretty amusing to see!

I am in luck, I think my chameleon actually likes me now, I can clean his cage and everything, he just sits and watches me and doesnt get dark or move or anything, its like I am not even there to him. I put some silk worms right in front of him too, no chage, woot!

Kinda freaked me out when i seen mine doing this for the first time but after reading from here its pretty normal...very funny to watch!

also a little acrobat

mine veiled is also a little acrobat (often a clumsy one lol) but she loves hanging upside down from branches and climbing on the ceiling. but i make sure that if she fell from anywhere in the cage she wont be hurt. ive got padded green stuff i put around rthe potted plants and waterfall just incase. but when she starts clkimbing around the ceiling All the time without resting i sense shes getting a little bored. so i take her out and let her climb all over the couches and plants in her safe area and i rearrange her cage and the vines in it.
