The start of my new baby raiser rack

Evening all,

After the great success of raising the Merus individually after the 1st month, I am going to go forward with doing the same with Panthers.

To that point, I picked up some more nursery cages from Dragon Strand and am getting it all set up.

By next weekend I should have 4 units set up and babies moved over.

Here is a tease of the start and I will share some more pics next weekend once they are all set up.

Bobby do you ever wonder how we did it without the convenience of the baby raiser's? Bill sure has made life easy for us. Dragon Strand products are soooo helpful. And we all know I need the help.

I will be waiting to see lots of babies in cages.

How many hatchlings will you fit in each separate cage? I'm looking at doing the same thing. I want to see updated pictures and very nice work!

At this moment I will put 1 panther per cage at approx 6 weeks old. I am sure you could do 2-3 per cage for newborns, but I like the convenience of tubs for newborns just to help with space.

I will get some work done this week and update, hopefully with babies in them.

My set up currently. Changing uv lights soon to fluorescent bulbs.
