Are they still in business? I purchased some cricket crack yesterday and was too busy to notice it seems the site hasn't been updated in awhile. I checked a few other threads from a couple years back and they were wondering the same thing. I sent Chad an email but I was just curious. Thanks.

I've heard about them but haven't heard anything about them in a loooong time. I belive they are brokers. Similar to backwater they don't carry their animals on site (I believe backwater carries some). They are the middle man.

They refunded my order a few days after I placed it

Well, I hope they do the same for me. Did you have to call or anything, did you receive an email, or did it just show back up in your account?

Did you pay through paypal? Because I received an email from PayPal saying tikitiki gave me a full refund. I never got a response to my original email that I sent them. I wouldn't worry too much about it, give it a few days and by the middle of next week if you don't hear anything call or email them.
