Tiny Beetles taking over!!

what I believe are red flour beetles after doing some research are taking over my superworm bins and stored wheat bran. My question is has anyone else had a problem with them and are they bad? Also how do i get rid of them?

yeah, I had them hit all the sudden. I put double sided tape on the top of my bins, cause they apparently can climb smooth plastic and I slowly got rid of them. Hindsight... I should have just thrown out the bins and started over cause they multiplied like crazy and took about 1.5 months to get rid of.

They're not bad really, but they will just get worse and start to spread. Throw out all the substrate, scrub the bins and put them in a different area of the house until the beetles disappear and you should get rid of them. They lay microscopic eggs so you'll never be able to pick them out or anything. Start over.

Use oatmeal for substrate. You won't get those beetles.

you could still use bran just freeze it before.
but dont use it until you wash the bin
