Hello I'm a brand new member and my little guy is 3 -4 months old and doesn't hide from me really at all. for the past month of owning him I've noticed how sometimes hell head the other way or kinda hiss at first but once he's grabbed on to me he does great going finger to finger and never acts timid toward me when I do handle him. I was wondering if this was bad at his age should I backoff a little? What's the best way to kinda ensure he likes to hang out of the cage? Is he always kinda absolutely hate the spray bottle?

This is normal for a little guy. He will change as he gets older and have good and bad times with handling but keep working with him. If he isn't showing signs of being stressed while being out feel free to increase the time he is out of his cage as well. You could start some hand feeding as well to help with your hand being in his cage and it not scaring him away.

I just had him out and he came right to me after shying away a little he didn't even move in the opposite direction so he's getting more used to me I was also wondering how to hand feed him? what treats to use for hand feeding? He eats crickets outta a little clear cup that I have but I don't know how to hand feed him crickets considering they move around alot and advice?

He also like never hisses anymore I can't even remeber the last time he did

Worms are probably easiest for hand feeding, silks or hornworms. Superworms move faster so hold on a little when feeding or use a small cup.
Putting dubia upside down in your palm works also.

I would try to get something different that he might like. You could try different roaches, Silkworms, Hornworms, etc.
