Hi, so I've had my panther chameleon for about a month and is he is only grown a half inch. Is this normal? Do you guys have any tips on how to make him grow faster? I take care of him very well, so do you think he might be a late bloomer? He is 4 months old and is just a bit over 4 inches including tail.

Welcome to the forums. Please post a photo of your chameleon. If he's not growing I would recommend a fecal. Parasite can keep them from growing especially cociddia. What all are you feeding him? What are you gut loading with?
Here's my blog for how I recommend raising Panther babies.

I am feeding him 10-15 small crickets a day, gut loading with kale, carrot shavings, and collard greens. Here is a picture

While you need to know that there is no reason why your chameleon is not growing (such as parasites, etc.) it also is not necessarily a good thing to grow them too fast in captivity IMHO because it's hard to ensure that your supplementing, etc is sufficient to keep up with the bone/body growth.

You can feed it at that age as much as it will eat in a couple of minutes at each feeding.

You can use a wide assortment of greens such as collards, escarole, endive, dandelion greens, kale, endive, mustard greens, etc and veggies such as carrots, sweet red pepper, squash, zucchini, sweet potato, etc. For gut loading/feeding the insects such as crickets, roaches, locusts, superworms.

Generally supplementing should be phosphorous - free calcium powder at most feedings, phosphorous free calcium / D3 powder twice a month and a vitamin powder that contains a beta carotene (prOformed) source of vitamin A twice a month.

Whatbuvb light do you use and how old is it? What are the basking temperatures?

I use the reptisun 5.0, and it is just over a month old. I know i have to replace it every 6 months

Add variety to his diet, try to get some small Dubai roaches, maybe some wax worms as they are high in fat..
