Problem: Recently I have noticed a new habit when he is eating. After a few strikes with his tongue that always hit their mark, his tongue begins to curve upwards right out of his mouth. He ends up having to get very close to the food item in order to hit it. I am not sure what is causing this, if anyone has any suggestions, please help!

Do you have a uvb bulb?

This may not cause the tongue issue, but it is still required for good health.

what brands of supplement?
what do you gutload with?
Did this come on slowly over time, gradually becoming more frequent?
Does it happen if feeding is spaced out (one bug at a time, a few minutes apart) or only when gobbling mutlitple prey items in quick succession?

The brands I believe are Rep-cal. The crickets feed on apples and potatoes. Just started maybe a few days ago all of a sudden. So far only when feeding is in quick succession. I will try to space them out and see if that makes a difference.
