poor guy there was recently someone whoo addopted a toungless one like a month or so id search the forum i remember he got alot of good help from other toungless guys maybe u could pm some of them,

You can use a little dripper to let him drink or try giving him water using a water dropper. My cham drinks from one, it took him about a week to grasp the concept.

yeah this sucks i feel so bad for him he is one of my best. he doesnt seem too upset right now but i would be. well i dunno its a sad day for klaus. but i feel he is one of my most likely to still thrive, he is a pretty tough guy so i guees all is well for now.

Mine never had a problem drinking, just eating. She would take in water, lift her head upwards and swallow. I gave her long misting sessions to make sure she would get enough water - like 10-15 minute misting sessions.

hey, first off sorry to hear about you cham, i too have a cham that has lost his tounge.
did your vet give you any antibiotics to make sure that an infection dosent appear? and as far as eating and drinking go, i hand feed my guy twice a day everyday 1 or 2 crickets at a time. i just put the crickets in the fridge for like 3 min to slow them right down and then cut off their hopper legs and antenna's with little cuticle scissors and then hold them for my camo to grab. i also got my guy eating fruit witch he loves and i feel helps with hydration, as for normal drinking i just give him good mistings and he seems to let the drips roll down his face and into his mouth as well as he drinks from an eye dropper every once and a while.
at first i had to force feed my guy for about 2 weeks untill he was willing to eat on his own.
good news tho there is hope, my Camo has been a little over a year now since he lost his tounge.
