Trio Of Greens as Gutload

Hi!
I picked up this at wal-mart last night. I have read a bit about gutloading and these greens seem to come up alot. Can i get some validation on this. I plan on feeding it off to my cricket colony.

This is a great mix of greens for your gutload. I have never seen this mix, but would snatch it up if it were available at my grocery store.

The rule I live by for gutloading feeders I am about to feed off is a green, a veggie, and a dry mix.

In addition, you may want to add a non green fruit or veggie like papaya, sweet potato, or butternut squash.

A dry mix like Dinofuel is a great addtion as well
