Trioceros pfefferi

BelgiumLizard is right.

They are WC and i think they are older than one year too.

Don't trust every breeder who say they are CB...

You get them from Marcel right?

Hello,

He said it´s CB and I must belive that.
But if they really WC chameleons, that they´re very beatiful... .
And I think now, that´s the female is really pregnant!

Yes, I have that from Marcel. Why?

Hey, they look very nice, and good luck with them. Must be scary having just bought her and knowing that she is quite pregnant. Every female of pumilum except maybe 1 that I have found is gravid, even a female of a body length of 6-8cm, I have plenty of pictures of 6 pumilums I found, pics coming soon!

Lol! You have to take into thought things that would make it obvious if the animals are WC. Like the fact that this is the first time in many years that you have seen them, they are all adults and the females are always gravid, who would breed a pair of CB pffeferi then sell a almost ready to lay gravid female.

Oh Ben I saw an ad in S.A of a single male fischers for sale, it is old and going to the U.S dollar equivalent of $533! I could buy 1000`s of them at that price from an exporter, if only importing was easier here!!!!!

I´ve buy now earth and then can she lay her eggs;)
It´s was a mistake that I have buy the animals.
I wouldn´t have WC, I like only CB!
But now it´s so... .
I hope the best for the chameleons... .

These species are hardly seen and always WC, too bad they fall into wrong hands most of the time.

We took in a couple of pfeffers in a while ago but we are very experienced with chameleons. They were doing great, they mated more then twice and the female is about to lay her 2nd clutch of eggs. All happened in captivity. We have great succes using a misting machine in the terrarium. The male died unfortunatly, he was old already, but at least the female is doing great and we hope for great babies. When we get babies we won't sell them, no matter what price. We will try to learn about these animals and spread the babies around other trusted breeders in our group.

I never seen them being yellow myself, personally i think the female doesn't look very well.. are you keeping them too warm? You should mist them with a misting machine... Keep them cool and foggy.

It´s fresh and the misting machine is on.
Is she pregnant?
I don´t know... .

I hope, she survive... .

That is great, well done and good luck with the future babies, Gesang on the forum has some eggs and a few CH hatchlings of these chameleons.
You must hold onto those chams and do the best you can with them!

I see you are from Netherlands, did you watch the soccer game? It was a good one! I am supporting Netherlands, I live in S.A but my whole family came from Europe, I have Europass and might move to Europe sometime!

Thanks, yes we hope we will be able to learn a lot from these species and hopefully get some more CB of these species.

I think I'm the only one in my town not watching soccer, I heard it was a great game but I'm not really into the soccer madness. I mostly go to the afterparty's only hahaha.

Morning.

Here are two pics from the female pfefferi at the morning today.
Looks she normaly?
