Turn around time on Herpmist

I order my ENCHILADA days before Christmas. Never got it. but then he never charged my card. Something must have happend cause he had a note about hospitalization. And he dropped from being a sponsor here at the forum. He doesn't answer phone calls or emails. Some people says they saw Jason at the Pomona show and that the last I've heard of him. IDK what 2 tell ya.

Ya i'm having the same problem with Jason... I have called him multiple times and have gotten no response back... I did see him at the pomona reptile super show on Jan. 3rd and I wish I would've bought more items from him cause I can't get a hold of him for the life of me!
 
My last experience with Jason was speedy, my first one wasn't so speedy.
He's a one man business, but it seems like he needs a way to update his website more often to announce when he'll be away.

I ordered a set-up from him 1.12.09, even upgraded the shipping so I would get it sooner, but I never received a shipment e-mail or nothin'..:confused:

I had to put my chameleon's health first, and since my schedule does not allow me to water him as frequently as I would like to via an in-person method (spray bottle, drip cup, etc.), I sent him an e-mail to disregard my order. I ordered a MistKing system, which is what I was going to get in the first place, but figured dealing with someone in the states might be easier... guess I was WRONG!:rolleyes:

I don't hold anything against the guy; he's prolly dealing with something that's keeping him from running his business, but I wish I would've known before I ordered and waited almost two weeks just to buy something else...
 
Looked at my credit card online and it say's sale pending. I tried calling but no response. I guess I'll give him another week.:confused:

I think you should try emailing him and contacting him by phone again.
I am not sure what happening either. And, if he does not reply within your timeline, I think it's fair for you to go look for a misting system from other provider.
He probably have a lot of things happening right now.
Jason is usually quick in customer service dept.

Gotcha. No conflict here. Just looking for some answers. I hope everything is OK with him and his family.
