Roaches, crickets, silkworms, hornworms, butterworms, phoenix worms/calciworms, grasshoppers, katydids, and much much more. What species do you have? Your username says Veiled, but your avatar has a panther. Fruit can be given occasionally to veileds, but it's sugary so I would recommend infrequent or not at all.

my user name is veiled becasue most of the panther names were taken lol. I dont have a chameleon yet but i plan on getting one next month so i joined to the forum to gain more information on veileds before i get one but when i do ill still be active and contribute idea's and answers as i get more and more experienced in cham keeping! :D thanks for the list though i highly appreciate it

Ah! You came to the right place ;) :D. Good luck with your new cham! Also glad to hear you'll be sticking around, and I was glad to help :)

I fed vields all kinds of fruit. I even gutload my crickets with fruit never seen any ill effect from to much sweet. My guys like kiwi water melon and melon , dark leafy greens. Mustards collards ect. everything in moderation though. I switch it up. Theres a good list I can send you the link of nutrional fruits and veggies.
