unique nosy be turned white overnight?

hello! i am very new to cham care and yesterday i got a space heater to put in my cham's room. i made sure i didn't make it quite too hot and i only turned it on while he slept. this morning, i went to go check on him and he was completely white except for his red rain. I was extremely worried so i sprayed some water on him and his leaves, gave him some crickets and turned the heater off. he seem's fine now, but should I not heat his room at night?

How cold would the room get if you didn't use the heater? Pardalis will do just fine with night temps down to 60f, even the high 50s. Space heaters will lower the humidity substantially. You would probably be better off letting the temp drop and keep the humidity up, depending on how low the temp would drop.

thank you for your help! the room gets cold at night, but besides that the room is usually around 70 - 75f.

Panthers turn very light to white when they are too hot! For the next couple of days check your room temperature when you think it is at its coldest. If it doesn't drop lower than 60, don't heat up the room. It is healthy for panthers to have it cooler at night! Beautiful boy! Post some more pictures! Where did you get him?

thank you for the tips! i actually got him from craig's list a few weeks ago. i will definitely post more pictures of him soon
