Hello all,
I live in Minnesota as you all know Minnesota's weather is dry, cold and mean. Yoshi's enclosure has 6 sides of screen. I have taped clear shower curtain material on the 4 sides. I maintain humidity of 60% -90% with plastic. But it's getting kind of musty in there. I was thinking of connecting small 24v fan to exchange some of that stail air. Please help ma out..

Do you use a misting system or a fogger? Both of them will push the cage air around quite a bit when they are running. Also, when your lights come on the warmth creates a chimney effect. As the heated air rises off the top of the cage it pulls cooler air off the bottom of the cage. It could be that some small vents with a small fan running near the cage bottom could help circulation without drying the entire cage out too much. Humid air, plants and their soil will have a scent compared to the air in the room. What's on the cage bottom? Maybe it needs to be cleaned more often?

If you use a computer fan I would put it where it sucks the air out, and I would keep it from your heat spot so as not to loose too much heat. just enough to circulate the stale air. I myself use a C-pap machine pumped through holes in a PVC pipe at the bottom of my enclosure to circulate my air, but unless you have an extra one lying around they can be real expensive. I bought my last one used for about $99.00.
